Release of Responsibility

When customers create an account to do business with Rock Utah LLC they must agree to the Terms and Conditions which includes Releasing Rock Utah LLC and it's affiliates from liability for damage and/or injury that may occur while fulfilling orders as outlined in this document.

Self-Pickup / Will-Call Orders

Visitor Safety - When visiting one of our locations or affiliates locations to pickup product, browse and/or meet with a representative you acknowledge that you the customer are responsible for your personal safety and those accompanying you during your visit including children and pets. Be sure you and your companions follow all instructions provide to you make sure your visit safe and enjoyable.. Depending on your specific reason for visiting us the rules and instructions to you may vary. Please report to a manager if you are concerned about your safety or have any questions regarding your safety.

Standard safety instructions may include but are not limited to:

• All visitors should remain in their vehicle when in the loading area and while being loaded with heavy equipment. Always keep children and pets in the vehicle even if heavy equipment is not in the area!
• Do not climb on any inventory including piles, bins, racks, etc.

Release of Liability - Rock Utah LLC will not be responsible for repair to any vehicle or trailer that is damaged while visiting.
