Cancellation Policy

A cancellation fee of 20-50% will apply to all orders that are cancelled. Please take the time to make sure you are ready to place an order before actually ordering. Delivery and Service date ETA’s are not guaranteed but if RockUtah does not fufill an order during the ETA reduced cancellation fees will apply on some orders. Because of so many variables in production and sourcing of products, scheduling and reservations of delivery trucks in advance, scheduling and reservations of laborers, scheduling and reservations of rentail equipment, etc we are unable to provide fixed cancellation fee percentages.
