Excavation by Mini Track Loader

The power of a universal machine to get the job done quickly and efficiently.  Our mini track loader excavation service is great for preparing larger areas for landscaping and construction projects.  Service does not include design consultation, ground preparation, fabric placement, compaction, fine grading, etc.  Other services and products to be purchased separately. DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY CLEANUP such as sweeping and cleaning of traveled areas, etc. Does not include any manual labor for hand shoveling, etc.

LIMITATIONS:  Excavation may be limited to the machines ability and site circumstances. Machine is not able to dig within 2 feet of any utilities. Clearances around buildings, structures, trees, etc may prevent the machine from excavating in certain areas or digging to certain depths.

NOT RESPONSIBLE:  We are not responsible to repair ANY damage to driveway, parking area, sidewalks, curbs, gutters, grass, sod, sprinklers, landscaping, flowers, plants, weeds, etc.  While we attempt to prevent any damage to property we can`t prevent or guarantee any risk of property damage.  Property damage may include cracked concrete, chipped concrete, tire marks, oil stains, indents, scratches, broken pipes, broken sprinklers, dead grass, lawn indents, lawn holes, etc.  Property owner is responsible for any costs to repair property damage.
