The top soil is great. The only thing I didn’t like was that a couple days after putting it in the garden area, grass started to grow. A little grass killer and I think the problem is solved. The customer service at Rock Utah is awesome. I have purchased gravel, lava, dry stack stone, and large stones from Rock Utah and am happy with all of it. I’ve uploaded a photo of my project in process.
The top soil was well filtered and arrived free of debris. The sod, delivered the following week in late October, rooted well in the topsoil and came back strong in the late winter. The drivers (14 truckloads with different drivers over several consecutive days) were friendly and VERY accommodating with the soil placement on our lot making it easier to spread with a skid steer. The customer service representatives at Rock Utah were great to work with and quickly fixed a delivery scheduling oversight. See the photos for a glimpse of the project.
Phenomenal service by rockutah and their drivers. Great communication regarding order updates and willing to work with me when dropping the purchase off so it's in a convenient place for me to be able to haul it around. I have made many orders with this company and they always do great
Utah Rock has been our go-to for our yard projects, shortly after moving into our new home Spring of 2020. Since then we have purchased over 30 cb yrds of topsoil, rock, chat, and barkfines. The website is easy to use and delivery is quick and reasonably priced. With additional yard projects on the horizon, Rock Utah will continue to be my main go-to for landscape materials.

Soil was fine, customer service was dreadful. Owner was dead set on arguing, not on problem-solving and fixing their mistake. Worst customer service experience ever. I have never left a negative review before but here we are almost a year later and I still get sick thinking about how they treated us.
I've probably done 5-6 orders of top soil from Rock Utah. I've mostly picked them up in my truck but other times they've delivered. They're friendly, responsive, and the product is good and for the lowest price I've seen. There are several options for similar services but I prefer Rock Utah.
My wife wanted to convert a lower area of our backyard from lawn to gravel with garden beds. Rock Utah to the rescue, this topsoil is great for gardens and flower beds, the entire project turned out great! I highly recommend this soil as it's grown everything we've planted in it. (We got the gravel from Rock Utah as well & love it)
