Product and prices are unbeatable in bulk compared to others close to me in Layton/Ogden area. I've laid down about 7 tons in landscaping my front yard and skirt and need about 3 more in Spring. I prefer the 3/4" but have used that and the 1 1/2" Royal Blue in separate areas.
This company is nice and makes sure you know how much you actually need on measuring your area. They have many options and good quality. Workers are friendly and funny.

I purchased these as a temporary solution until I was ready to splurge on concrete. Now, several months later, I've decided these can be a much longer-term solution. They've done the trick, and as a cost-effective alternative to concrete, I'm sticking with them as long as I can. Oh, and they look great, too!
When the rock was delivered it was dust covered. I washed off some of the rock and was pleasantly surprised at the color. It was better than what I saw on line. There is a noticeable amount of red, tannish and a white crystal veins going through the rock to give an attractive variety to the look.
The overall dark color gives the contrast I wanted for my project.
I also used a lighter colored pee gravel.
(I believe that was called 1/8" Salt Lake)

The 1-1/2 royal gravel looks a great and works perfectly for our Class B RV pad. After packing the rock I have no issues with the rock moving or slipping while packing the RV, that says a lot since the Ram Promasters are not sure footed vehicles especially on inclines or loose surfaces.
Rock Utah delivered the rock within the scheduled dates, notified me prior to delivery, confirmed delivery area, and the driver was professional.
Also used the 1-1/2 royal along the park stripe, window wells and around the chicken coop. Highly recommend it for xeriscape since it doesn’t blow away on windy days or while leaf blowing!
I ordered 43 cubic yards for my RV pad, park strip, and flower beds around my house and they turned out great! I love the look of the dark grey colors. Thank you!
This rock is the best for landscaping. It is gray with and iridescent sparkle. When it gets wet it turns slate gray with the sparkle. The sparkle is what sets this rock apart. Making it look very professional!!!
We liked it so much we ordered a second order and used in backyard too.

The rock beautifully complements our modern contemporary home design. Once you wash it down it produces deep rich colors.
I used this gravel in my park strip to replace the grass. I really like how it looks. It is very dusty and gray at first, but the blue color comes out after some rain.
Delivery was awesome. the driver dropped it in three different piles right on top of the strip. That greatly reduced how much work I had to do in moving it around.
I love this gravel and RockUtah made it real easy to get. They had a great price on it and the delivery came exactly when expected which is much better than other gravel companies I've worked with. Gravel was perfect for my project and looks great.
