Order Statuses
A quick reference guide to RockUtah order statuses. To see your current order status login and view your order.
- Quoting – The RockUtah team is reviewing details about your order needs. In most cases this status is changed to “Quoted” within 2 hours. If we are waiting on additional information from the customer or partners it may take more than a day to get a final quote.
- Quoted – Customer has been provided a quote to fufill an order. Quotes are not binding for any set amount of time unless expressed in writing. Quotes will be used as a reference should the customer decide to order.
- Reviewing – New orders may need additionaly reviewing to check inventory, service availability and/or pricing of the order. If there are any issues a team member will contact the customer.
- Processing – Everything should be looking good and your order will be scheduled or fulfilled shortly.
- Delivery Scheduled – A delivery date has been set for your order. Delivery dates are subject to changa.
- Service Scheduled – The service date is scheduled. Service dates are subject to change.
- Shipped | In Route – Delivery is on it’s way
- In Progress – The service or multiple deliveries are in progress
- Ready for Pickup – The order is ready for pickup
- Checked In – Customer has arrived to pickup the order
- Delivered – The order has been delivered
- Complete | Totals Pending – The order had changes or a variable quantity and needs to be reviewed before final billing
- Shipped – For orders shipping via parcels. A tracking # may be available
- Payment Due – A balance is due on an order
