The Royal Insta-Path is a great product. It's easy to work with and looks great. I installed this for a customer and they love it. I started with a landscape fabric then the material at a 4" depth, after installing the material I compacted it with a plate compactor. I would recommend this and I plan on using it for future projects.

The rock and delivery process were great! Ordering online was a little bit tricky because I wanted two different colors of rock, which required two different orders and delivery fees. That ended up being easier to figure out over the phone. But everything looks great!

I bought all the rock it the photos from rockutah.
However the darker one is the royal insta-x path and it is just amazing. This is 1 cubic yard about 3 inches deep. It has made for the perfect landscape rock around our pool. It drains quickly. However after first spreading it out I would recommend soaking it as a lot of mud washes off it but then it is beautiful. It is easy to walk on. I even added it to my dog run because of the simplicity to clean it up. I would highly recommend this product to any backyard project and the cost is unbeatable.
